The Program
CaseFunding advances money by purchasing a portion of an anticipated settlement, whenever that may be. Just like you and your attorney, we take the risk of a successful resolution. If the case is lost, we will not make any attempt to recover the monies advanced to you. There are no monthly payments. No credit checks. No collateral required. The advance is based only on the merits of your case. If your case qualifies, CaseFunding will invest as little as $500 and as much as $500,000. How you use the money is up to you.

Since we rely solely on the strength of your case, our process is very simple. Complete our Online Application or call our toll free number 1.800.790.9992. We will then fax or email you a release so that we may request case file information from your attorney. After you sign the release and fax it back to us we will send your attorney a questionnaire about your case with a list of documents we need to review, such as police report, ambulance report, emergency room report, medical reports and bills, etc. Once we have reviewed the questionnaire and documents from your attorney, we will be able to give you an answer within 24 hours or less.
CaseFunding does not take any control over the management of your case-even if requested. All decisions regarding your case and its resolution are up to you and your attorney.

Once your case is approved we will FedEx completed but unexecuted documents to your attorney's office. You must go there to sign and have them notarized. Remember to bring your driver's license, as we will want a photocopy of it.
As soon as the documents have been returned to us, we will FedEx a check to your home or attorney's office. In certain instances we may be able to directly deposit the funds into your bank account.

Each case is unique. Our fees are based on our own independent analysis of the value and risk of your case. Generally, we charge a flat fee or take a percentage of the case. There are certain circumstances where we use a combination of both.
::Back To Top::If your lawsuit/claim/action is unsuccessful, you owe us absolutely nothing.
If your case is successful, we will be paid directly by your lawyer out of the proceeds of your settlement.
